We're a home-based salad kitchen in Ahmedabad, built the way most of the city's favourite food businesses are: word of mouth first, a WhatsApp group second, a proper website third. Every recipe is tuned for local tastes — sprouts, chaat masala, tamarind, curry leaf — with Jain-friendly versions of nearly everything.

Questions

Is everything Jain-friendly?

Most bowls have a Jain-friendly version — no onion, no garlic, no root vegetables — marked clearly when you order. A few specialty bowls are not; we'll always tell you which.

How fresh is fresh?

Salads are tossed within a 2–4 hour window of delivery. We don't pre-make batches the night before, which is also why our delivery radius is limited for now.

Can I pause or change my subscription?

Yes — message us on WhatsApp at least a day ahead to pause a delivery, swap a bowl, or change your plan.

Do you deliver outside Ahmedabad?

Not yet. We're deliberately staying within Ahmedabad's metro area so every bowl arrives fresh, rather than compromising quality to cover more ground.
